The Business Process Consultant will be the functional and process expert, guiding customers from business requirements to technical configuration. Their focus will be on accelerating business outcomes through thoughtful consulting and solutioning!
Position Overview / Responsibilities for Business Process Consultant :
The Business Process Consultant will act as the liaison between customers, third-party design teams, and stakeholders to ensure functionality, scalability, and security. They will gather requirements and draft technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, supporting customers in review and approvals to develop front-end solutions aligned with long-term technical architecture and standards.
Required Skills :
8 years' experience defining, deploying, and delivering complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform
Experience converting business requirements into Agile user stories and configuration requirements
Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to progress initiatives, creating implementation design artifacts, conducting solution presentations, and obtaining customer acceptance
Must have experience facilitating client-facing workshops to progress initiatives, creating implementation design artifacts, conducting solution presentations, and obtaining customer acceptance.
Must have the following certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Why IDR?
