Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Claims Coordinator :
- Efficiently and accurately process standard claims or adjustments
- Participate in non-complex special claims projects initiatives, including network efforts
- Understand and quickly operationalize processing changes resulting from new plans, benefit designs
- Work collaboratively with our client's team to provide strong customer service and communication with key customer interfaces
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed upon performance standards in both productivity and accuracy
