Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Claims Processor :
- Review and process gym reimbursement receipts per policy and procedure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets for approvals, pended requests, denials, and payouts.
- Review claims for correct internal data entry and make necessary changes.
- Assist internal associates with claims related questions and issues.
- Conduct claim-specific research to resolve outstanding provider issues.
- This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension or conversion based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
