Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Customer Engineer :

  • Provide end-user device installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade services
  • Assist with office moves and setups
  • Participate in minimal migration projects

Required Skills for the Customer Engineer :

  • Proven experience in end-user support
  • Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT software and hardware
  • Experience in repairing and upgrading IT software and hardware
  • Prior involvement in migration projects
  • Excellent communication skills
