Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients to complete pre-registration and financial clearance
- Handle non-clinical referrals and coordinate prior authorizations as needed
- Follow up on unbilled accounts to ensure timely resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Demonstrate knowledge of our client's system and service offerings to assist patients effectively
