opportunity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital content strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design production and digital development, with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and creating engaging banners, articles, and videos.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM Page Development :

Collaborate with developers to build and enhance new web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure that pages are visually appealing and functionally robust.Design Production :

Lead the creation of high-quality banners, articles, and videos. Develop design assets that align with our brand guidelines and engage our audience effectively.Content Creation :

Manage the full production lifecycle of digital content, including ideation, design, and implementation. Ensure content is optimized for various platforms and devices.Collaboration :

Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.Innovation and Strategy :

Identify opportunities for improvement in our digital content and design processes. Propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience and drive engagement.Greenfield Opportunity :

Experience :

Proven experience in a design production role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desirable.Skills :

Proficiency in design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML / CSS, JavaScript). Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.Creativity :

Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly digital content. Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.Technical Aptitude :

Comfortable with both design and development tasks. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to digital content production.Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and technical details to various stakeholders.Self-Starter :

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
