Position Overview for the Implementation Specialist
Help with IT development, training, and support groups to develop rollout plans, schedules, training events, and project communications. Responsible for coordinating resources and planning events. Will assist with IT system training and application support and will act as the liaison between the IT department and end users.
Required Skills for the Implementation Specialist :
- Experience in an IT Project Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager position
- Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication / leadership skills
- Must have bachelor's degree
- Must be open to up to 70% travel
