This is a hybrid position (will start off as onsite during training period); must be local to Atlanta, GA 30334!
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the LMS Business Analyst :
- Develop business functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop test plans and scripts, and test new or upgraded technology
- Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems
- Create software user guides and other supporting documentation as required
- Provide user support and training on any new applications or new functionality
- Serve as a liaison between assigned business units of our client and the technical team
- Ensure functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, business rules and best practices
