This role focuses on supporting, analyzing and auditing back-end data, addressing customer and field inquiries, and escalating platform issues as needed. It involves day-to-day administrative tasks without marketing, accounting, or billing responsibilities. There is potential for future coordination with marketing, sales, and product teams, so project coordination experience would be a plus.
