Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Sr Cloud Data Architect :
- Engage in hands-on development with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
- Utilize event-based streaming technologies like Apache Kafka or Azure Event Hub
- Apply advanced understanding of data modeling for both relational and NoSQL databases
- Optimize databases for high transaction processing using advanced SQL concepts
- Handle structured and semi-structured data forms, including JSON and XML
- This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension
