Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Sr. HR Data Analyst :
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices
- Collaborate with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various HR data sources
- Prepare and stage data for analysis, including data wrangling, cleaning, transforming, merging, and modeling
- This is a 3-month contract position with a high likelihood of extension
