Fully onsite, contract to hire position in Denver, CO
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Staff Platform Engineer :
- Leverage your 8 years of IT experience to design, develop, and optimize platform systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Utilize your experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and microservices.
- Demonstrate your proficiency in CI / CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Helm to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS and other public cloud platforms.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or cloudinit to automate provisioning and management of infrastructure.
- Apply your knowledge of software development frameworks (Java, Python, Spring, Go) to develop and maintain high-quality code that supports platform services.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery of platform improvements and bug fixes.
