Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Technical Delivery Manager :
- Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional product teams
- Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver
- Manage and track cross team / squad dependencies and high-integrity commitments
- Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress
- Work with QA Engineers to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth quality deployments through the CI / CD pipelines
