Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations Accounting cross-functionally as a Strategic and Financial leader
- Identify and drive implementation of automation solutions including business intelligence analytics, robotics process automation, and enhanced financial reporting
- Support mentorship and development of junior members of the team
- Manage the monthly closing process for specifically assigned areas of responsibility
Position Requirements:
- 7 years of Accounting including prior management / leadership level experience
- Technical experience with SAP S/4 system upgrades and implementations
- Accounting experience in the retail industry environment
- Expertise in supporting and implementing Accounting processes
