Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Level 3 Biomedical Tech :
- Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect a wide variety of clinical equipment, devices, and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and electrical safety testing of clinical equipment
- Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures
- Schedule and oversee third-party repairs as necessary
- Provide technical assistance and instruction on equipment operation and maintenance to personnel
