Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Communicate vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint
- Identify competing priorities, work to resolve and effectively escalate when needed
- Elicit requirements using various methods and proactively collaborate with business operations
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog review and prioritization, and retrospective activities
- Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and agent community
- Assist in analyzing requirements, policies, and customer needs against system capabilities and functions to determine gaps
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of direct work experience in a business process analysis capacity
- Prior experience with Agile/SCRUM
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Visio
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
