Our client situated in North Fort Worth, TX is seeking a highly technical and experienced individual to join their team as a Sr. BI Developer. In this role, the candidate will work on projects aimed at enhancing business decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to data-driven projects with a focus on business decision enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex data
- Utilize industry-specific knowledge and technical expertise to drive impactful insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data solutions and reporting tools
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with SAS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Mainframe SAS
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Visual Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with AI (optional, but preferred)
- Previous experience in the railroad or transportation industry is highly preferred
