Position Overview/Responsibilities for Business Process Consultant:
The Business Process Consultant will act as the liaison between customers, third-party design teams, and stakeholders to ensure functionality, scalability, and security. They will gather requirements and draft technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, supporting customers in review and approvals to develop front-end solutions aligned with long-term technical architecture and standards.

Required Skills:
- 8 years' experience defining, deploying, and delivering complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience converting business requirements into Agile user stories and configuration requirements

- Must have the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
