Position Summary/Key Responsibilities for Client Software Analyst:
- Analyze complex business challenges and determine how NetSuite can be leveraged to address them.
- Assess business and functional requirements, their impact on existing systems, and design solutions using the SuiteCloud Developer Framework.
- Recommend system improvements and enhancements to optimize business processes.
- Provide support for two separate NetSuite instances, troubleshooting issues, and developing new enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, design documents, user stories, workflow diagrams, training materials, presentation decks, and testing documentation.
- Contribute to research, analysis, and the development of innovative concepts and emerging technologies.
- Work to gain in-depth knowledge of key Enterprise Systems, including NetSuite, Agreement Express, Box, and Google Enterprise Systems.
Required Qualifications for Client Software Analyst:
- Proficient in implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
- Over 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and Product Owners to address issues and discuss requested enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in development environments.
- Proven ability to work well in collaborative, team-oriented settings.
- Basic understanding of APIs and their integration.
