Position Overview / Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager :
- Manage and oversee a variety of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Utilize MS Suite, including MS Project, to effectively manage project timelines and resources
- Employ PPM (project and portfolio management) tools to optimize project outcomes
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Required Skills for IT Project Manager : Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience
- Experience implementing a contact center solution (like Nice CX ONE, Avaya or Genesys)
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly MS Project
- Experience with PPM tools
- Healthcare experience is ideal
