Corporate Learning Instructor Leadership Development
Immediate and long-term opportunity for a Corporate Learning Instructor to join Fortunate Level company to design, facilitate, and enhance leadership training programs for managers and emerging leaders. This role will play a key part in developing leadership capabilities that drive engagement, performance, and a strong company culture.
*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area*
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver leadership training programs for managers and high-potential employees
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops on leadership, communication, and team management
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at various leadership levels
- Develop learning content using LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional design principles
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align programs with organizational goals
- Measure and analyze training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in leadership development, corporate training, or organizational development
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with experience training managers & executives - Knowledge of leadership models (e.g., Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management)
- Experience with learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools, virtual training platforms)
- Preferred: ATD, SHRM-CP, ICF Coaching, or Prosci Change Management certification
