Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Principal Creative Development Producer :
- Partner with filmmakers to drive and execute the creative vision of Film / TV titles from inception to delivery
- Support and participate in developing the creative strategy on feature films, long-form series, and short projects
- Day-to-day management of the creative development and production of assigned projects
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all areas of the development process & department
- Partner with Global Head of Animation & Associate Producer to identify and adapt project milestones, and monitor creative progress
- Responsible for writer, director, and showrunner talent sourcing & matching
- Collaborate on the development of the slate, including crafting filmmaker briefs, leading creative working sessions, analyzing story structure, managing script analysts as needed
