Position Overview / Responsibilities for the ERP Director :
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday platform, particularly the Finance and Accounting modules
- Act as a product owner, understanding the business value and strategic needs within Finance and Accounting
- Manage Workday-related projects, including system enhancements, new feature implementations, and potential new business acquisitions
- Act as an IT business partner to bridge technical solutions with business needs, collaborating effectively with Accounting, Finance, and other departments across our client's team
- Identify and implement best practices for Workday application usage and workflow improvements, ensuring scalability and efficiency as our client continues to grow
