Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Azure Systems Engineer:
- Oversee and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware
- Lead the migration of EUC services to Azure, including support for our client's new Azure subscription
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for monitoring, certificates management, and incident response
- Automate EUC deployments and configurations using scripting tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical incidents
- Identify opportunities to reduce tech debt and modernize our client's EUC landscape
Required Skills for Sr. Azure Systems Engineer:
- 5 years of experience in End-User Computing, managing both desktop and mobile environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly in EUC migrations
- Strong background with Workspace ONE, VMware MDT, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Admin or similar CompTIA Security or equivalent
