Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IAM Lead:
- Lead and implement IAM initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure secure access across platforms
- Adapt to changing needs and requirements in a laid-back environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to all stakeholders
Required Skills for IAM Lead:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing IAM (4-5 years will be considered with hands-on implementation experience)
- Proficiency in Azure AD
- Experience with SailPoint or Octa is a plus
- IAM Certifications are desirable
