Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Identity Access Management Analyst:
Administer and support Okta for identity and access management
Assist in the ERP migration, ensuring seamless authentication across the new system
Support single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM) solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of access-related requests
Maintain IAM-related documentation, policies, and security controls
Support IAM-related integrations with cloud and enterprise applications
Required Skills for Identity Access Management Analyst:
1-4 years of IAM experience in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, SSL, and private key infrastructure (PKI)
Hands-on experience with Okta (administration, troubleshooting, or implementation)
Ability to resolve IAM-related issues effectively
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site environments
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
