Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Digital Media Coordinator :
- Spearhead all financial processes for our client's Media team
- Manage the team's sales record system, Salesforce
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management team and other internal teams
- Lead the contracting process with our client's brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organization across internal tools such as Salesforce, Advendio, Monday.com, and SharePoint
- Take initiative to partner across the organization to compile data and identify and solve any billing discrepancies
- Pull reporting to help with business development and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team
