Seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the planning, development, and support of enterprise applications in a dynamic retail environment. This role manages a team of developers and support engineers, ensuring timely delivery of projects, maintenance, and production support. Responsibilities include vendor and budget management, IT change processes, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring team members.
The role also involves hands-on coordination with POS systems, ERP solutions (like PDI), and software development using tools such as C#, PowerShell, and SQL.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 10 years in retail IT operations; POS experience preferred
- 5 years managing software development/support teams
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, SIEM solutions, and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Verifone, Gilbarco POS, and other store systems
