Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Palo Alto Firewall Engineer:
- Deploying, maintaining, and administering Palo Alto Firewalls
- Integrating and maintaining cybersecurity tools, including Splunk, Elastic, ACAS or Tenable Nessus, Cisco FirePower, FireEye NX, or Cylance
- Applying cybersecurity engineering principles into infrastructure planning, design, and deployment
- Providing on-site, full-time support in our client's environment
- This is a direct hire position
Required Skills for Palo Alto Firewall Engineer:
- Proven experience as a Firewall Engineer with Palo Alto
- Extensive experience in Cybersecurity
- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools such as Splunk, Elastic, ACAS or Tenable Nessus, Cisco Firepower, FireEye NX, or Cylance
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience with cybersecurity, information assurance, system engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, or engineering management, or Master's degree and 8 years of experience in the same fieldsPandoLogic.
