Key Responsibilities :
This role is focused on supporting the integration efforts for the our client's absorption of a local company into the organization's HR system. The Peoplesoft Developer will :
- Work on the integration between PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2, release 37 or 48) and ADP.
- Develop and optimize workflows for sending and receiving data files, including employee demographic data and general ledger payroll files.
- Ensure seamless data transmission and processing between PeopleSoft and ADP or similar software platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration or data-related issues.
