We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will support our product management and development teams by analyzing product performance metrics, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring our product tools and systems are functioning effectively. You will also play a key role in establishing and optimizing product management processes and workflows.
** This is a 6-month W2 Contract (possible extension / conversion); hybrid in Denver, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection and analysis of advanced product performance, usage, and market trend data, including creating dashboards and reports.
- Manage complex product operations projects, focusing on improving efficiency and best practices within product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the successful execution of product initiatives and ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain documentation of product management processes, guidelines, and templates.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and integration of product management tools and systems.
- Assist with the setup and management of KPI tracking frameworks, ensuring dashboards are updated with product performance metrics.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, providing insights that influence product development and future iterations.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a strong interest in product operations and analytics.
- Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Pendo (implementation, guides, or analytics) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various teams and functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira & Confluence is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
