Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator :
- This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days in office per week.
- The HR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and tracking large volumes of candidates for interviews, creating and editing job requisitions, and generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports.
- The role requires a wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- The HR Coordinator will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize effectively amidst multiple concurrent tasks.
Required Skills for Recruiting Coordinator :
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information
- Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
- Preferred : Experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and Workday HRMS
Education :
A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and / or Human Resources experience. Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
