Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Sales Operations Assistant :
- Serves as a bridge between the Sales team and corporate departments to ensure compliance and timely task completion.
- Ensures all contracts comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
- Collaborates with Legal, Commercial Operations, and other relevant departments to reach agreement on terms that are acceptable to both the business and the client.
- Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals.
