Scrum Master

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Scrum Master:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, fostering a highly productive Agile culture.
• Drive Agile project management best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, DBAs, and data scientists to ensure smooth execution of data modernization projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Required Skills for the Scrum Master:

• 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, managing Agile projects and leading Scrum ceremonies effectively.

• Hands on experience with data modernization initiatives, including data modeling, and data governance
• Experience in cloud migration technologies, particularly experience with Talend-to-Azure Cloud migrations.
• CSM and/or PMP Certification
