Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Senior Analyst of Business Analytics :
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights from healthcare claims data in support of enterprise strategy.
- Consult with other teams on data-related questions and identify appropriate analytic methodologies for measuring and evaluating products, services, and initiatives.
- Prepare data for analysis, perform savings analysis, present results, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Perform SQL queries to merge and join datasets for claims analysis.
- Support the enterprise with performing claims level analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
- Build self-service dashboards via Tableau.
