Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Capture Manager:
Primary duties consist of driving opportunity from capture decision to contract award, managing bid strategies and overseeing the development of the technical, management and cost strategies responsible for securing existing and winning new business opportunities in the intelligence community market.
Required Skills for the Sr. Capture Manager:
- 7 of Capture Management experience with proven capability to execute a capture strategy and win pursuits
- Proven capability to act as a Senior Capture Manager for various size pursuits ranging from $50M to $1B
- Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced team environment
- Active Top Secret Clearance
