Fully onsite - 3-month contract to hire position
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Motion Designer :
- Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms.
- Pitch and clearly articulate creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, explaining the visual direction, motion and animation approach, and end results.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, project managers, and account managers to ensure project alignment and quality.
- Utilize video editing, color correction / grading, sound design, and VFX to enhance final deliverables and ensure a polished, professional product.
- Maintain a deep technical understanding of video post-production and motion design requirements across various platforms.
- Work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Deliver motion design solutions that align with the brand's creative direction and business objectives.
