Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Service Desk Analyst:
- Ensure proper computer operation for end-users to accomplish business tasks
- Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user support requests
- Escalate service tickets when necessary to maintain SLA expectations
- Use diagnostic and support request tracking tools for issue resolution
- This is a contract position with a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite)
Required Skills for Senior Service Desk Analyst:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technology end-user support role
- Proficiency in software/hardware installations, updates, and preventative maintenance
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: MCSE or MCSA, Citrix, SAN, Virtualization (VMWare or HyperV), Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016, O365, Windows desktop and server operating system experience
