Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Senior Service Desk Analyst :
- Provide initial client support, troubleshoot basic issues, and document client information
- Field and prioritize support requests via phone, email, and ticket portal, escalating as needed
- Follow documented procedures, maintain audit compliance, and reinforce SLAs
- Perform software / hardware installations, updates, and preventative maintenance
- Track and document issue resolution, conduct follow-ups, and report emerging service trends
This is a 7 month contract position requiring onsite presence at our client's location.
