Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Engineer:
- Designs, develops, and supports complex systems and applications across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring integration and impact across technical environments.
- Leads troubleshooting efforts for escalated support issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing temporary fixes until permanent solutions are applied.
- Oversees technical evaluations, coaches engineers, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives, ensuring software systems meet performance, availability, and reliability standards using Agile development processes.
Required Skills for the Software Engineer:
- 3 years’ experience supporting SaaS integrations as a Software Engineer
- Professional experience utilizing .NET, Java and HTML/CSS for web development
- Knowledge of Azure and database technology (SQL)
- Must have CRM experience – They’re using Verint, but open to similar tools
