Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AP Specialist

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AP Specialist
- Processing up to 150 invoices per day
- Reviewing sales tax and vendor invoices
- Utilize AP tools such as Capture, Intellicheif, and JD Edwards financial systems
- Collaborate with the manager to qualify the job requirements
Required Skills for the AP Specialist
- Over 5 years of experience as an AP Specialist
- Strong experience with invoice process and understanding of review of sales tax and vendor invoices
- Experience processing 110-150 invoices a day
- Experience working with AP tools such as Capture, Intelicheif and JD Edwards financial systems
- Construction experience is preferred
