The team at IDW is on the hunt for our next Lead Tech. You need to bring the leadership heat. We’re talking real-world, hands-on leadership experience. We’ll train you on the technical side (cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.). What we can’t teach is the ability to inspire people to work harder, move faster, and aim higher. That’s what separates this role from the rest.
We want high-output operators, not managers with clipboards. Leaders who hold the standard, not just enforce rules. Leaders who do the work and raise the tide for everyone else.
Pay starts at $20/hr with performance bonuses bringing you up to $22/hr based on results. Yes, results, not hours.
