Position Overview: Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our office located in Concord, California. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$65/hour. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions to meet our organization's unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features, including Console, Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and propose solutions.
- Participate in solution design and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Estimate development efforts and follow lifecycle processes.
- Maintain Salesforce documentation and conduct user training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Service Cloud features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
- Experience with REST API, SOAP API, and platform events.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD release management.
