The Gig
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (Digital Client Services Manager) will serve as the main point of contact for their book of our existing U.S. based clientele. You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, overseeing updates to client websites, hosted tools, and other client-related IDX built products.
Working with internal teams on larger scaled projects, new website launches, identifying opportunities for upsell, etc. you will also play a key role in coordinating and managing scheduled events and scheduled website/tool updates, including those that coincide with clients’ quarterly earnings releases.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage client relationships while overseeing planned updates content servicing across client websites and assigned products.
- Manage and oversee projects involving website launches, new webpage / website section builds, investor tool application integrations, and other interactive feature deployments.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with necessary internal teams to effectively carry out the requirements of given projects and/or tasks.
- Develop proactive and successful long-term relationships with clients to improve ongoing management of IDX offered services and products while also providing excellent client engagement to facilitate the growth of client accounts.
- Respond to and implement incoming client website service requests as per IDX service SLAs, ensuring superior quality of instruction and requirement documentation.
- Provide IDX product training for clients, guiding them on how to use the IDX platform to help drive their digital strategy.
- Work closely with various teams, such as Product and IT, to ensure client applications, projects, and work are delivered successfully, correctly, and on time.
About You
- Degree educated with 1-3 years’ experience in a client facing role
- Track record of managing client expectations
- Understanding of web technologies and associated terminology
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or basic knowledge is a plus
- Excellent people/interpersonal skills with the ability work well under pressure
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of online IR and corporate communications or financial regulatory environment is a bonus
- Willingness to learn
