Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and promote additional services.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Call Architects and Customers regarding our product.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective listening.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in client services or sales is a plus.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
