What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Family Project Executive position at IE2 Construction?

This position is available in the Austin, Texas area.
Immediately, we are looking for individuals with experience in Multifamily construction experience to fulfill the responsibilities of Project Executive.
Essential Duties include:
- Oversight of projects from beginning to end including budget, costs, unexpected events, general performance and overall progress
- Monthly financial projections
- Monitor project risks and ensure projects are completed on time, while meeting financial expectations
- Lead team accountability in performance, quality, and financial awareness
- Develop and maintain strong client, build design and owner rep relationships as well as client loyalty
- Maintain, train, and develop IE2 employees
Qualifications:
- 10 years construction or construction engineering experience
- Experience in Multi-Family Construction is necessary
- Bachelor's degree in construction related field
- Expert knowledge of commercial construction including building products, safety regulations, local & state building codes, general construction processes, practices and worksites
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate via email, on the phone and in person
- Microsoft Office experience
- Procore Experience a plus
