This position is available in the Austin, Texas area.
Immediately, we are looking for individuals with a background commercial construction to fulfill the responsibilities of Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
Essential Duties include:
- Draft Requests for Information
- Accurately keep and distribute meeting minutes
- Review and distribute Submittals
- Close out documentation
- Punchlist understanding and distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness for some travel
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years construction or construction engineering experience
- Experience in Commercial Construction is a plus
- Proficient with Technology
- Microsoft Office experience
- Procore Experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit; frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and use hands to finger, feel and handle.
- Must be talk one-on-one and to large groups and hear in construction settings.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must frequently lift and or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
