Job Responsibilities
- Work with owners and clients on specifications and technical questions during planning stages
- Coordinate with regional managers on project status
- Manage QA/QC on projects
- Identify and resolve contract disputes with the Owner
- Maintain prime contracts with the Owner or Client
- Establish monthly billing procedures with the Owner or Client
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five years of experience in BESS, Solar, or EPC construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical procedures
