We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Field Engineer to join our team at IEA Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives. As a Quality Control Field Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our renewable energy projects. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting and monitoring construction activities to ensure they conform to project specifications and codes.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate construction sites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular audits of construction processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in quality control and assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
• Proven track record of ensuring high-quality construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
