About the Role:
The Site Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the work performed by our construction teams to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects and errors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify potential issues
- Develop and implement quality control plans to meet company standards
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and document lessons learned
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction quality assurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
